Telegram Bot for crypto price alarm

Job Description:
I want a telegram bot to track the price of the pair I choose on [login to view URL]
I should be able to change these parameters by myself
1- Token Pair (like [login to view URL] for BUSD/BTC(Synth) ) Price is already written in the webpage, the bot should fetch the price from webpage and compare with threshold value to give alarm if condition is met. You can check an example webpage like this [login to view URL]
2- Alert Price with above or below selection (example: >1.105 or <0.915)
3- Multiple Alarms can be set with different parameters even for the same pair, for example I want an alarm above a threshold and also below a different threshold for the same pair.
4- A command should show all active alarms at that moment
5- A command to cancel all alarms
Bot should check the prices every minute. When an alarm condition is met, it should send a message, it should keep sending every minute if alarm condition persists, unless it is stopped by a cancel command.
