I have a Word document that needs some customization done to it with text fields that need to be set up to track changes when ever someone make changes to them.
The text fields that need to be put in are so that people can plug in information and send on and then have more people either add to those same fields or edit what the previous person put into a particular field and then track those changes. Any changes that are made needs to be tracked (shown some how).
We need to make sure that we provide plenty of field space on the front page of the draft proposal form. The space needs to be expandable and have the capacity to underline or note any changes made after the author (seller) initially fills in the form.
A footer or header needs to be added denoting Page 1 of 3 etc.
See attached document to code for importing content in fields that you create. The areas for the fields are in grey on the attached. These fields need to be much larger...Large enough so people can type a line or two into them.
Additionally, all the regular text on the document needs to be locked so that no one can alter it. The areas they can type is in these grey block areas. And can you add a version date in the footer at the bottom that can be changed. Call it Ver:1-05.
Please keep all text field areas to page one. Only the Terms and Conditions should be on page two and three.
I need this completed in 24 hours and will pay up to $100 when completed. This should be pretty straight forward and pretty simple so feel free to submit a working sample with your bid and I will pay expeditiously to the first successful candidate. There will be more work coming to the successful candidate as well.
Also, can this document be set up in Outlook as a form? I think there is an option under "Tools" to set up as a form. I will need that too.
