As per my expert knowledge and experience in cosmetic formulation, I can say you that when refining or creating a cosmetic product, focus on: ***Stability & Safety first*** Ensure pH is suitable for product type (e.g., skin creams ~4.5–6.5, shampoos ~4.5–7). Use effective preservatives (but avoid restricted ones like parabens in certain regions). Conduct stability testing (temperature cycling, freeze-thaw, microbial challenge). And regarding INCI and compliance it depends on where you sell your product. For example if you sell this in Europe (EU) then you need (EC 1223/2009): Requires Product Information File (PIF), safety assessment, banned/restricted ingredients compliance.
