Design me a 3 phase sequence detector PCB in eagle, it should contain
phase failure detector
1. 3 phase sequence detector
2. 3 phase detector (if any one or two phase is not working relay should not work)
3. Connection of neutral wire should be optional
4. relay operation, if all three phase is in sequence then relay should work else trip relay.
5. once you provide design we will make a pcb and test it is working or not before payment.
6. components which are used in pcb should be 80% to 90% smd.
7. designer should communicate about components before design because we should
check that component availability in our market else we have to import.

I have phase sequencer 3wire working for two decades in different panels for two decades, though I never designed the PCB for it, however I can do the PCB layout in a couple of days.
