Switch Kick worlds first quick release bass drum beater.

I need a mechanical engineer /designer to focus on a quick release tool for drummers. This item is already designed but has a few issues we want to fix; weight, smoothness of operation and functionality. We have a few well made prototypes for proof of concept! We just need to refine this design so we can start making and producing it!

Here are the issues:
1) The #5 Clamping Pad is not firmly pressing down on the #1 Fixed shaft.
2) When in the "playing position" the #3 Plastic beater and #2 floating tube wiggles and moves too easy.
3) Weight need to be 99 grams.

I'm looking for a person/company that has a degree in mechanical engineer. (not a designer)
As well as had real world, hands on experience with building tools and products similar to this with the materials as per specs.
Please let me know as I have had meetings with a few factory's to make this new product and we just need to finalize this product.
