Dairy Technologist for Ice-Pop Product Development

Hello, I am looking for an experienced Food Technologist / Dairy Technologist in Bengaluru for commercial product development of our brand Sip Up Ice. We are developing a fruit-based frozen ice / ice-pop product for commercial production. We need support for: • Fruit-based formulation development • Brix/TSS and acidity/pH optimisation • Sugar/sweetener system • Stabiliser selection and dosage • Natural fruit flavour and colour optimisation • Ice-crystal control and freezing behaviour • Melting characteristics • Shelf-life/stability • Cost-effective commercial formulation • Pilot batch trials • Scale-up to production • Manufacturing SOP • Nutrition calculation • FSSAI/ingredient declaration guidance We are looking for someone who has actual experience in ice pops, water ice, sorbet, frozen desserts, ice cream or similar frozen products.
