Job Title SIM Card Procurement Specialist (Cambodia – Smart Network, Security Testing) Project Overview We are looking for a reliable freelancer based in Cambodia to support us with Smart network SIM card procurement for mobile network security and antifraud testing. This is a procurement-only project with potential for future collaboration if needed.
