A BOM only imports cleanly when every level lines up with a drawing and each part number means one thing. An ERP import usually breaks on structure, such as a part with two numbers or a level with no drawing behind it. So I'd build the template on one product first. The distribution transformer would suit that. You'd test the import in your ERP before I fill in the switchgear and substation BOMs. After that I'd add sources and price breaks for each line in the supplier matrix. You'd get the multi-level BOM in xlsx tied to your drawing numbers. The supplier matrix and the RFQ comparison follow from it. Which ERP will the BOM go into and do your drawing numbers already follow a numbering scheme I should keep?
