Hello, We operate a batch plastic pyrolysis plant with capacity 7.5–8 ton per batch. Feedstock: LDPE, HDPE, PP plastic waste. Our goal is to improve process performance and oil output. Current issue: Sometimes wax formation becomes high, and oil yield becomes lower than expected. We want help in understanding: • how to reduce wax formation • how to increase oil yield • how to improve diesel range oil (C12–C18) • how to stabilize vapour temperature • how to improve condenser performance Plant already running with: reactor vapour pipeline separator multi-stage condensers We have temperature readings from plant and process data available. We are looking for a Chemical or Process Engineer who understands: pyrolysis thermal cracking distillation heat transfer hydrocarbon processes Initial requirement is consultation to review process and suggest improvements.
