I am seeking someone to assist me to document the financial processes for an organisation, and write operating procedures for staff.
This will be an ongoing position and the work will fluctuate week to week.
The process will be to have a shared screen video call where I will perform the processes, and the freelancer will make notes, take screenshots, and provide both:
1. a process flow for each process
2. a standard operating proceedure that can be easily followed
The successful candiate will have excellent written communication and listening skills. Experience in writing similar materials and manuals is desirable, and if someone is familiar with financial processes too, this would be even better.
The types of processes will include: Payroll, commissions calculations, invoice entry, reconcilliation steps, etc.
