Polish My Commercial Site Plan

I have drafted a commercial real-estate site plan in AutoCAD (.dwg). The dimensions and geometry are already correct; what I need now is a designer’s touch so the drawing presents well to investors, city officials and marketing teams. Please take the existing file and: • Refine all labels, text styles and call-outs so they read clearly at print scale. • Re-balance the overall layout, spacing and hierarchy for a clean, contemporary look. • Apply professional lineweights, hatches, legends and other graphic conventions that signal quality. The finished plan should be supplied as a print-ready PDF (high-resolution, ARCH D / A1 or similar). One round of minor tweaks after I review the first PDF is all I expect. If you keep the DWG layers organised while you work, that’s a bonus, but the contractual deliverable is the polished PDF.
