Prestashop 1.7 expert needed to program an order preparation module with barcode scanner option

I need a Order Preparation-module that has about the partially the same functionality as the following module:

Module Boostmyshop ERP - Order preparation from Community Developer.

-Order selection:

I can select orders to be packed according to their status.

A tab called ‘Ready to ship’ shows all orders which have status ‘payment accepted’ or ‘order in preparation’.

-Download documents: A pdf-document will be created with the packing list for all the orders to be packed. The packing lists should have a barcode on it to identify in the next step.

-Packing:

After scanning the barcode on the packing list, an overview of the order shows on the screen, ordered products, quantity and addresses. At the same time, the shipping label, which was already prepared under tab 'Shipments' in the order itself is printed out on a selectable labelprinter (A6-format).

Note: I don't want to scan the products individually for adding them to the package. Functionality not needed.

After the package is prepared with the printed label. I want to scan the shipping label to change the order status to ‘shipped’. The barcode of the shipping label should then be added to a list. Downloadable as pdf, one line per barcode following by the name and delivery address of the receiver.

I am sure the description is not complete yet but it should give a general overview of what the module should do. I definitely needs finetuning.
