Prestashop does not apply shipping costs to a product

Budget €8-30 EUR

Hi all,

I need you to fix an error on Prestashop 1.7

Prestashop is not applying shipping costs to my products (i've already created correctly the shipping method based on price but it's not working).

Also, i need you to translate some texts all over the website (i will send details via chat) and to apply some little changes on my website pages.
