Technical Portfolio Review & Academic Evaluation – AI & Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are seeking a high-level U.S.-based or international academic, professor, or senior researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Maintenance, or Smart Infrastructure to conduct a comprehensive peer-review and evaluation of a technical portfolio. An independent, expert evaluation report is required to assess the novelty, impact, and commercial viability of original AI-driven frameworks developed for building enclosure engineering and deterministic infrastructure monitoring. Scope of Work: Portfolio Review: Conduct a thorough, independent review of the candidate’s technical portfolio, including a recently accepted paper for the First IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Electronics & Computational System (IECS 2026) and published media documentation ([login to view URL]). Technical Assessment: Evaluate the candidate’s implementation of deterministic intelligence models specifically mapped to physical envelope degradation and infrastructure cost optimization. Formal Evaluation Letter: Provide an authoritative, independent expert evaluation letter detailing your assessment of the work’s merit, its significance to the modern built environment, and the candidate's standing in the field. This letter will be used to support a U.S. O-1A (Extraordinary Ability) visa petition. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent senior research/academic standing in Computer Science, AI, Structural/Civil Engineering, Smart Infrastructure, or a closely related field. Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications, journal reviews, or conference committee experience (IEEE or similar). No prior or current employer/employee affiliation with the candidate (must be a completely independent viewpoint).
