About the role:
When you join our growing company, your main goal will be to create and optimize a Google Ads prospecting strategy from scratch for our high ticket hair growth product that achieves a 2.2+ ROAS @ avg. $1000+/day ad spend within 3 months.
We are looking for a PPC manager who is extremely passionate about digital marketing and more specifically Google Ads and Google Analytics. Redrestore’s strategy will require perseverance and creative thinking to overcome it’s inherent obstacles. A Google Manager who loves what they do is integral to enable the grit required for success with our high ticket offer.
Our ideal candidate needs to enjoy the challenge of selling this unique product. Experience with PPC marketing for a high ticket offer and/or products inherent with skepticism and/or new category technology is required. Strong understanding of consumer psychology, effective ad creative and direct response copywriting is needed.
The PPC Manager must be an expert with all Google campaign types except video campaigns.

Goals for the PPC Manager position:
Build out & optimize a Google Ads prospecting strategy from scratch and grow it to $1000+/day adspend @ 2.2+ ROAS within 3 months.
Identify who our target customer is on Google Ads and build prospecting campaigns / funnels from scratch that generate new awareness, demand and sales for our business within 60 days.
Achieve a 2.2 ROAS or higher in all prospecting campaigns through pragmatic a/b testing of ad creative, ad copy and ad structure within 3 months.
Collaborate with the team to set a ROAS goal for our ‘assist campaigns’ (i.e. brand search & remarketing campaigns) that syncs with both Facebook prospecting and Google prospecting objectives. Build, expand and optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS goals within 60 days.
PPC Manager Responsibilities:
Assess and audit the Google Ads account and review existing and historical campaigns
Prepare a tailored Google Ads strategy and launch the campaigns
Monitor performance and reiterate campaigns as needed
Develop a systematic process of regularly improving account-wide performance (i.e. scheduled A/B tests, copywriting A/B tests, testing graphics & new creative etc.)
Regular maintenance of all Google Ads Campaigns to maintain goal ROAS
Consistently learning and up-to-date with the PPC industry to bring new ROI growth opportunities into our account (e.g. Gmail marketing implementation)
Ensure preparedness for all holiday sales opportunities within the account (i.e. ready for father’s day via display network etc.)
Be available for one call per week to discuss strategy
PPC Manager Requirements:
Solid experience in a digital marketing, specifically in managing e-commerce PCC via Google Ads and analytics accounts
Solid understanding of managing and implementing new ways to improve ROI for e-commerce B2C
Experience with high ticket or unique product / service offers
Strong copywriting skills in English
