Windows Powershell or a application to Ready a listing installed of software

I am looking for a Powershell script or application that can read a list of installed software on a computer. After reading I want a export file in csv format.
1. The file would need to contain the Display Name, Display Version, Publisher, InstallDate. The
naming convention for the file would be ComputerName(Date File is generated).csv
2. After the file is read I would like to have the ability to upload the file to my ftp site.
a. The connection sting and password need to be behind a admin setup password.
b. I would need to be able to configure the path for the file both on the ftp site and on the
computer that the file is read from.
c. After the file is copied to the ftp site is would be deleted off the local machine. Or the ftp
could just Move the file from the local machine to the FTP site.
d. After the file is transferred the ftp connection would be closed.
