The powershell code will run as the current logged on user and add the current user full path to the line 'c:\users\toms\company-1\Team TS - Documents\Templates\Revit\Revit Scripts\Dynamo\Custom Packages' below

example; if username is john it would be c:\users\john\company-1\Team TS - Documents\Templates\Revit\Revit Scripts\Dynamo\Custom Packages
