Hi There, I run a tech start up and we need an investment deck for investors.
We have attached a draft which is for your reference and we don't need design work.
I need a freelancer to take our copy/text and intelligently choose the correct slides from a PPT template (provided below) and insert them into these templates.
This should be very straightforward apart from two particular slides (slides 3 & 7) that might need additional research to find the correct infogram. (Stock vectors/graphs are fine)
You will be right for this project if you have had some experience of building PPT presentation decks.
We don’t need a graphic designer. Usually this sort of work is done by the secretaries in investment banks/sales teams etc
Please read my working expectations below and do NOT bid for this project unless you can adhere to them.
General Expectations
1. I need someone to work on my time zone (HKT) 9am – 6pm. I am not available outside these times
2. I want a dedicated resource for this work who can work with me during the course of one working day, starting at 9:30am with the last revisions taking place no later than 5pm with a final product delivered no later than 6pm. YOU MUST PROPOSE A DATE IN YOUR BID
3. We will work alongside each other (online) slide by slide until it’s finished
4. I will need to see a draft of each slide as its done during this time, I do not want to work with someone who is only going to send me the finished product
5. I want to work with a single person – not a team/agency
6. Further instructions are on each slide – please refer to them
Specific Comments
7. There are 19 slides in this draft document :
a. slides 3,4,5 are actually different ways of showing slide 3 to give you some ideas for the visuals, therefore one slide will be replacing these three bringing the number of slides to 17.
b. slides 15, 16,17,18,19 only need a colour change so should be very simple
c. So really the work is only on the other slides (13 total) and a PPT template can be used for these
d. Slide 3 and 7 may need additional time to find a stock infogram if one can’t be found in the PPT templates provided. info grams if you cannot find a stock option, however all the other slides are pretty standard and should not be complicated.
8. The # should always be the neon colour that is chosen (see below)
9. Do not just copy the drawings I have done – they are only there for reference, you will have to have a call with me to discuss these before progressing
10. We want you to choose one of these decks and use this template – depending on which is best, please advise

Colour/Theme
11. We do not have corporate colours yet or a corporate font – we will choose a colour that is available in the templates provided after your advice. I do not know what you are able to do given the restrictions of the templates above.
12. If possible we would like to use a splash of neon throughout the deck but we will wait for your advice to see if this is possible.
13. We want something sharp, precise and cool – not whimsical/animated
14. I prefer a lighter background throughout
15. We need a heavily visual deck with as many diagrams/pictures as possible and as few words– I need a freelancer who can use their judgment to do that. If you feel some parts of the deck are too text dense, then tell me and I’ll reduce it.
16. We prefer diagrams over photos as we are a technology company, some occasional photos are acceptable and those should be portraying young collaborate and multi cultural groups, the majority of the deck should be vectors, diagrams and graphs
