Demographic Change, Gen y, Women quota: Consequences for HR

I need a 30-40 slide powerpoint presentation.

It should start with the description of some important trends in European countries like globalization, structural industry change towards service-sector and innovation, demographic change, the change from the baby boomer generation to generation y, shortage of skilled labour, more participation of women in workforce, compulsory women quota for women in management.

The second part should describe the challenges for Human Resources Management posed by these trends.

The third part shows which new approaches, concepts and tools, Human Resources Management needs to apply to meet the challenges?

It should end with the conclusion that HR management is more important and more challenging than ever before.

I am looking for compelling diagrams and images and a good storyline. Every Powerpoint presentation slide should contain a title and one ore two statements and it should be illustrated by one or more diagrams, images or a table.

If possible, please also include social media: How much do they change attitudes and behavior of candidates and employees. What does HR need to do to meet the challenges posed by these attitutes and expectations. What needs to be done about whistle-blowers?
