Power Apps Car Service MVP

I’m kicking off a three-phase MVP that will run on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 stack for a car-service business. Your bid is for Phase 1, a simple prototype to show your understanding and potential feel for the app for future phases. This should be estimated to take you 4-5 hours and we will discuss and select from that demo, it yours at this stage so just need a demo. Once you pass Phase 1 we will contract you for Phase 2, which is essentially MVP 1, we estimate 25-30 hours work (open to discuss after phase 1) with a max rate of $50 per hour Once Phase 2 is complete we will work closely to design this phase as an MVP2 I want a working proof of concept that covers the essentials: • A model-driven (or canvas, if you think it fits better) Power Apps front end where customers or staff can create and manage service bookings. • Dynamics Field Service used for calendar-based resource allocation, showing bays, mechanics, and loan cars in a single schedule board. • Core customer data stored in Dynamics 365 (Sales/Dataverse tables), giving us a single contact and vehicle record that flows through the whole process. Functionally, the build needs to handle service booking, resource allocation, and customer management. For this first cut I only need basic customisation—extra columns, a couple of tailored forms, and clean views that suit a workshop scenario. No heavy plug-ins or complex automations yet; those can wait for later phases. Deliverables for Phase 2/ MVP1 – Solution file(s) ready to import into our tenant – Step-by-step deployment notes and a short Zoom or Teams walk-through so the team knows exactly how everything hangs together – Light documentation of the tables/relationships you added or changed I already have an empty environment ready, plus the relevant licences. If you’re comfortable configuring Power Apps, Dataverse tables, and Field Service resource scheduling, let’s get this MVP stood up quickly so we can gather feedback and move into the next iteration. Initially this was posted as one project but due to overwhelming response we need to narrow down to a single contractor via the prototype phase, which we feel is unpaid as part of your pre sales, and hence capped at 4hours
