Event Photographer Needed – Healing Event (Chicago, Aug 23, 2025) I’m hosting The Recovery Room: a one-day, trauma-informed, faith-based healing experience in the Chicago area this weekend. It’s not a wedding/corporate/birthday—think warm worship environment, short teachings, creative exercises, small-group circles, prayer/ministry moments, and testimonies. We’re expecting roughly 200 participants. I need a photographer who can tell the story with sensitivity and excellence. Details Date/Time: Saturday, Aug 23, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours) Location: South Chicagoland, Chicago, IL (South Suburbs; exact address on booking) Coverage: Mix of candid/documentary shots and a few lightly posed portraits (including a short team session before/after if possible). Deliverables: 20–30 preview images within 48 hours; full gallery (150–250 edited photos) in 10–14 days. Important Simple wristband consent system (green = okay, yellow = wide shots only, red = no photos). No close-ups of sensitive prayer moments without explicit consent. Must bring pro gear with backup and handle variable lighting. Budget Please share your flat 4-hour rate, overtime hourly if needed, and portfolio link.
