Hello, I see that you have done work on Popcorn Time before. I am interested in a modified version of PT. I would like all features stripped. I would like for the app to have a list of "channels", loaded from a remote url. (xml, json, whatever based doesnt matter to me.). When a user selects a channel a corresponding .torrent file begins to stream. I would like for the app to have a program guide, showing what videos are playing on various channels, exactly like televisions have now. This data should also be loaded from a remote url, any format. Finally, I would like a java cryptocurrency client integrated into the program. Each channel should have a unique cost associated with it in the form of coins or credits. A channel could optionally be free. With channels that are not free the user would need to send coins ( a cryptocurrency) to the application, which would show their balance. The user can then watch "pay channels", the program should automatically send coins to an address associated with the pay channel, gaining X hours/minutes of access to view that channel. If a user runs out of coins, the video should not be viewable. It is possible and quite trivial to verify that a payment has successfully been paid via the cryptocurrencies blockchain. The client should do this and somehow use this to allow and disallow access to various channels.
What do you think? How much would this cost? I do not have much money, I fear your offer:)
