I am looking for one key person right now: a Diplomatic, Non-Violent “bouncer” who can keep conversations—and occasionally physical spaces—calm and productive. The work is mostly remote; however, when a face-to-face presence will make all the difference, I will fly you in. You must already be comfortable mediating tense situations, steering political or high-stakes discussions toward common ground, and, when needed, quietly enforcing boundaries without force. Proven conflict-resolution skills, real-world experience in political or policy dialogue, and a solid security background are all mandatory; they help you recognise brewing trouble long before it surfaces. Day-to-day, you will monitor virtual meetings, group chats and forums, step in with tactful interventions, and prepare concise debriefs for me so we can adjust strategy. On rare in-person assignments—whether a boardroom, a public gathering or a private planning session—you will handle discreet entry control, keep the tone respectful and defuse friction before it escalates. Success looks like this: participants feel heard, tempers stay low, and no conversation (online or off) derails the bigger mission. If you can deliver that consistently, there may be future scope to branch into the other roles I hinted at, but right now the focus is 100 % on calm, safe and constructive dialogue.
