Podcast Booking & Guest Outreach Specialist Needed

I am seeking an experienced podcast booking and guest outreach specialist to help launch and grow Dr. Moe’s Happy Healthy Wealthy Podcast. This is a performance-based, potentially long-term position with two primary responsibilities: 1. Secure podcast appearances for Dr. Moe Research and pitch appropriate established podcasts where Dr. Moe can appear as a guest. Relevant subjects include: • Health recovery • Functional medicine and nutrition • Longevity and wellness • Rebuilding after cancer treatment, illness, surgery, or injury • Personal transformation • Women’s health • Entrepreneurship and professional success • Mindset, purpose, and creating an extraordinary life Dr. Moe is a Doctor of Chiropractic with more than 22 years of clinical experience. She has extensive experience in functional medicine, nutrition, laboratory testing, health education, anatomy instruction, recovery, and lifestyle coaching. 2. Recruit credible guests for the Happy Healthy Wealthy Podcast Research, contact, and schedule qualified guests, including: • Researchers and published study authors • Physicians and healthcare professionals • Functional medicine and nutrition experts • Entrepreneurs and innovators • Authors and thought leaders • People with compelling health-recovery or personal-transformation stories COMPENSATION This project will use milestone-based, performance compensation: • $100 for every pre-approved outside podcast appearance successfully recorded with Dr. Moe as the guest • $50 for every pre-approved guest successfully recorded for the Happy Healthy Wealthy Podcast • $500 additional performance bonus after 20 outside appearances with Dr. Moe and 20 H₂W guest interviews have both been successfully recorded A booking does not qualify for payment until the interview is recorded. Cancellations and no-shows do not qualify unless the interview is rescheduled and completed. Every podcast and potential guest must be approved by me before outreach begins. INITIAL PAID SETUP MILESTONE — $75 The selected freelancer will first complete: • A researched list of 30 podcasts appropriate for Dr. Moe • A separate list of 30 potential guests for H₂W • One personalized outreach template for pitching Dr. Moe • One personalized invitation template for recruiting H₂W guests • A shared tracking spreadsheet for outreach, responses, follow-ups, approvals, bookings, and completed recordings The $75 setup milestone will be released after these materials are submitted and approved. REQUIREMENTS The selected freelancer must: • Have excellent written and spoken English • Demonstrate previous podcast booking, PR outreach, media outreach, or guest-recruitment experience • Research every opportunity instead of sending generic mass emails • Personalize pitches to the individual podcast or guest • Obtain approval before contacting anyone • Conduct professional follow-ups • Manage introductions and scheduling through Calendly • Maintain a current shared tracking spreadsheet • Provide a concise weekly progress report • Protect Dr. Moe’s reputation and communicate professionally at all times QUALITY STANDARDS We will not accept: • Paid podcast appearances or disguised advertising • Podcasts requiring Dr. Moe to purchase a package or service • Inactive or abandoned podcasts • Irrelevant shows or guests • Artificial, purchased, or unverifiable audiences • Spam or mass-blast outreach • Contact lists without evidence of individual research • Guaranteed celebrity or major-media promises A podcast or guest must be active, credible, relevant to the H₂W audience, and approved before outreach. HOW TO APPLY Begin your proposal with the letters “H2W” so I know you read the complete description. Please include: 1. Examples of podcasts or guests you have personally booked. 2. Links or evidence verifying those results. 3. A brief explanation of your research, pitching, and follow-up process. 4. Five podcasts you would initially recommend for Dr. Moe and why. 5. Three potential guests you would recommend for H₂W. 6. A short sample of how you would introduce Dr. Moe to a podcast host. 7. Confirmation that you accept the performance-based compensation structure. 8. Confirmation that you will not contact anyone without prior approval. This will begin with the $75 setup milestone. If the quality of the research and outreach materials is strong, we will proceed with ongoing performance milestones and the long-term completion bonus.
