Siemens PLC & HMI Integration

I need Commissioing engineer for Commissoing jobs and site visits for Siemens automation package that I have already started in TIA Portal. The CPU model sits outside the usual S7-1200/1500/300 families, but the workflow inside TIA is the same, so an intermediate command of the environment will be enough to pick up the project quickly. Your main task is to assemble a solid, well-structured PLC program and matching HMI screens whose sole purpose is process monitoring. Think live values, status colours, basic alarm handling and trend views rather than on-screen control buttons. The process being monitored relies heavily on pumps, flow and pressure feedback, so a working knowledge of hydraulic logic and typical pump protections will help when we fine-tune the diagnostic texts and interlocks. Deliverables • Updated TIA Portal project with organised blocks, tag tables and comments • HMI layout (WinCC inside TIA) ready to download, including alarms and trending • A short commissioning guide outlining network settings and any user-level changes needed I will supply the existing project archive, IO list and P&IDs at kickoff. Remote access via VPN is available for bench testing; final commissioning will be coordinated in a live session once we’re happy with the simulations.
