I run an online business that relies on timely, friendly email conversations with customers and clean data inside Pipedrive. I need a Philippines-based virtual assistant who speaks and writes English flawlessly and can move comfortably between a support inbox, Google Sheets, and the CRM. Your day will revolve around three core activities: answering customer questions by email, entering or cleaning data in spreadsheets, and noting every interaction inside our Pipedrive pipeline. When a situation calls for it, you will also pick up the phone to follow up or reassure a customer, so a clear, confident voice in English is essential. Accuracy is vital—every ticket must be tagged, every row in a sheet must match the source document, and each deal in Pipedrive must show the latest status before you log off. I will provide templates and a short knowledge-base, but the role requires initiative; if a customer asks something new, you’ll draft a helpful reply, flag me only when you truly need direction, and then record the solution for next time. To succeed you should already know your way around: • Pipedrive (creating activities, updating deal stages, using filters) • Google or Excel spreadsheets (sorting, VLOOKUP or basic formulas, consistent formatting) • Gmail or similar ticketing tools for efficient email handling I’ll start with a paid trial shift so we can confirm fit, clarity of communication, and attention to detail. If the trial goes well this will roll into a long-term, full-time arrangement with regular performance reviews and incremental responsibility.
