I'm looking for a ZenCart expert who can modify/make work an existing plugin that allows image swapping based on a selected product attribute. Requirements: - The plugin should allow image swapping based on a variety of attributes (like color, size, or material etc.), although only one attribute should trigger the swap (for example, only color should trigger the swap in a product with color and size attributes). - The image swap should persist through to checkout – the swapped image should be displayed during the whole checkout process. - The plugin should be easy to share and install on other ZenCart instances. Previous Attempt: - I tried using a pre-existing plugin from ZenCart's repository, but it did not work as intended (it produced a blank Option Name Manager screen). It won't let me post a link but in ZenCart plugins, search for "Attribute image replaces main product image". Documentation: - I require a basic setup guide for the plugin. This should be simple enough for a non-technical user to follow. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience with ZenCart - Proven track record of developing ZenCart plugins - Ability to produce clear and concise documentation. I'm posting this as a micro project because I believe I missed something in the installation process - I believe you can work with the existing plugin. I didn't find the existing readme file particularly helpful. I'd like very clear, step-by-step instructions, including how to name the alternative images and where to store them.
