Opencart module that allows a store admin to set spending limits on specific items in a given period of time. For instance the admin can set a 100eur spending limit on item A. When a user adds item A to the cart and clicks on the Checkout button, the module should check what is the total amount the user spent on item A starting a year ago + the value added today in the cart for item A and if the limit is reached, display a message and not allow the checkout to finalize.
