Need an ios (iPad/iPhone) app that will help to report damaged received products items by taking a photos, fill form and send to some addresses. So user need to can login by username/pass, make few photos, by camera, fill form fields and send all to some mail addresses. The template for forms and email addresses must be stored in settings page. The admin back-end must be php based, using MYSQL database. Admin need to can create edit delete users accounts by internet browser from desktop. IF NO INTERNET - USER MUST CAN DO ALL THIS JOB IN OFFLINE MODE AND THE APP MUST REMEMBER AUTO SEND REPORT ASAP, mean if user will access zone with wifi/3g- immediately send the data to email addresses. The same need to store all emails with photos to MYSQL database, Also need to have search system to can view reports. Each user can see just own reports, the admin can see/manage all users reports.
