Design an online sales platform and resource management database for construction and industrial businesses. A user friendly interface (B2B only) for buyers of material, with notifications on particular product types they would frequently want. For suppliers of material, construction and industrial business will have a management system which can upload product inventories and use the information to calculate waste arisings and reuse volumes. I have done a lot of preparation over the last ten years gaining experience in recycling and reuse of materials I have an MSc. in Environmental Management and I am currently working as a consultant for a top auction company in the UK. This project is a side move, necessary for me to instill better waste reduction practices in the industrial world around me. I have numerous global contacts who have a need for this project to become an operating entity. Once it is live, I know personally and through the contacts I have, we can generate huge sales volumes whilst allowing many businesses who currently waste a lot of material, to quickly and easily sell and re-distribute materials fit for reuse. It will focus on high volume, low charges to sellers & consumers, in an open bidding style auction. This project is about efficiency, sustainability and using creative technology to solve a very real world problem. Millions of tonnes every year in the UK is wasted purely from practical and organisational deficiencies. I would want ongoing management and maintenance of the web platform and I am only looking for a small percentage of profit personally, as this is something that requires skills and investment, management and maintenance long term. For an entrepreneur, this is a fixed income stream once operational. There are 2 options for any potential developer: 1. Suggest a price for developing the software and come up with a plan for implementation of the project that will be fit for obtaining funding from. I have some potential investors but nothing is concrete at this stage. I would prefer if I can meet someone who has the capacity to survive on as little as possible till it is bringing an income. All income would go to the developer before any other shareholders, as payment for the time taken to prepare it.
