Currently, our site experiences slow loading times, for both visitors and within the member area. Additionally, occasional security warnings on public networks have raised concerns. This project focuses on performance optimization, caching improvements, security enhancement, and the implementation of changes in a staging environment before rolling it to the production. Overall, site performance is not bad but it got quick opportunities.
Project Scope:
Performance Optimization: The goal is to achieve faster loading times (within 2 seconds) while preserving LMS and WooCommerce functionality. This includes:
• Identifying performance bottlenecks
• Implementing optimizations and best practices.
• Addressing performance issues in the member area, LMS, and e-commerce sections.
• Caching Improvement: Resolving caching issues
• Plugin Upgrades: Evaluating existing plugins for performance and compatibility. Upgrade if needed

Staging Environment and Testing:
All modifications will occur in a dedicated staging environment. The developer is responsible for comprehensive testing in this environment before moving changes to production. No direct changes will be made in the production environment until thorough testing and approval are completed.
