I have a Wordpress site that needs 9 Variable Data Sections. Each Section has between 12 to 40 input fields.
There would be stages for the data to be entered. PSD Files would be supplied. The Data Entry Fields would need to be responsive. And the Data would be stored in MYSQL.
There would be a section - 1 of the 9 sections titles "Case Notes. This section would need to be up-dateable and any edits to any of the 9 sections are time/date/user stamped - meaning any edits that are made to any of the 12 sections - there is a time stamp note added to the sections 'edited' section to show when a file had any edits or additional content added and by which user. In the same way a Wordpress Page shows 'edits' and has them listed by date/time/user etc.
The Support Case Note would then be created once all the sections are completed. but can be saved midway through the input process by a user. An Admin has access to all the SCN (Support Case Notes and can grant access to a Support Volunteer who can pick up a SCN (Support Case Note).
Once all the sections are completed - they can be exported to a PDF.
The PDF can then be printed off - But the PDF would be secure - as in it cannot be edited by an editing application (photoshop/illustrator etc).
The Admin/User process would be best if it was accessed in the Front End of Wordpress - No Backend editing.
The SCN Files would be listed on the Home Page - and this would be split into columns
SCN Number (which is a Number Generated by the Site SCN: 0000001 etc etc) Sequentially.
Name of the Client (Taken from the SCN File created by the User or Admin)
Date (Generated by the site)
Access (which would be a Button to the SCN File).
Any more Questions can be discussed…
