Wordpress plugin Characterization & development -- 3

Hi all,

We are looking for a wordpress plugin expert that can help us develop a simple website security plugin that will fit both WordPress and PHP websites.

The expert MUST know the following (we WILL NOT respond to irrelevant proposals) :

1:Has background in developing security plugins

2:Has and experience in adding the plugin to the WP plugin market place.

3:Adquet English skills.

4:Please provide past work examples.

5:Must supply a clean and original code.
