We would like to have a plugin created for Wordpress with following requirements.
The Administrator want a function to generate a PDF file by filling out simple fields and checkboxes with a job offer then send it to a frontend page of a selected user as PDF. The user will have ability to either Accept or Decline. If Accepted it shall return to the Administrator as a "Accepted order" and then delegate the offer further to the employees frontend page.
There should be specific roles such as (Admin, Employee, User) to filter content and accessibility to the functions. We would like to have mail function as notification when a user gets an offer, same when admin gets a accept or decline.
The User should be able to login in into "my pages" where they see the offers and Admin should see in his pages all decline and accepted offers.
Admin should have in his "my pages" a filter dropdown with "Accepted" "Declined" orders that he got back from the User who either Declined or Accepted,.
