WordPress Ninjas needed for hire on monthly basis

We are on the verge of a small startup, providing cloud and website services to clients in the EU and UK regions. We have been already working with some MSME and organizations for last 6 months. We plan to hire 2-3 wordpress and PHP ninjas to join our team as virtual employees. They shall be able to work within the UK timezone, and can invest for around 7-8 hours/day.
What they should be capable of:
> Optimizing already developed wordpress and PHP websites and solutions
> Write clean and stable codes
> Must be proficient in HTML. PHP, MYSQL, WordPress Plugin developments
> Graphic design and app design will be a plus
> Good communication skills preferably in English and Spanish
> Must be ready to sign a NDA with us, and agree to a 6 months contract
Pay: For the 1st month, we have a budget of paying around 3-4 euros per hour. THE SALARIES WILL BE PAID ONLY THROUGH FREELANCER, in every 2 weeks. Post 1 month, if the performance is satisfactory, the hourly rate will be increased to 5-7 euros, or we will go for a monthly fixed salary.
Hour track: We have an internal system for tracking hours. In every 2 weeks, total amount for the hour worked will be paid via freelancer payment system
Interview: There will be an online conference interview session, following which, we may ask you for a machine test.
