Our client XXXX has a small website, with a log in, for their brokers to access, to see current information and download forms.
To simplify life for their finance brokers, XXXX wants to introduce an 'easy form generator', where customer information is added once, and various forms (6) can be generated to a pdf file from that single customer info page. The broker can revisit each customers information, to update, or to generate other forms at a later date. After 7 days the customer information is deleted from the database, unless the broker has asked for a further seven days, upon which the data is deleted ( unless the broker requests a further 7 days, and so on ) The broker can also generate blank forms, or partially filled in forms from here. The broker has access to their own clients data only.
How it could work.
A broker logs into a secure area of the WordPress site, via pc, tablet or mobile, using an account/password approved by XXXX. From the logged in area, as well as reviewing news items, staff profiles, repossessed stock and more, they can navigate to a ‘customer forms area’. Here, they can go to their existing customers data pages, to generate pdf forms, create new customers or generate blank pdf forms. Each customer page holds all the information to generate any of the necessary forms, or partial information, if the customer cannot supply it all at the same time. Parts of the forms, such as the ‘asset details’ can be enlarged by clicking ‘add an asset’, so that multiple assets can be added. Once the form is filled in, the broker chooses which form they wish to generate and selects the ‘create @@@ form’ button. The data is checked and the broker advised IF the data is incomplete, but given the option to ignore each bit of missing data, unless the data is deemed ‘required’ at setup.
Seven days after first creating the customer account, the data is deleted from the database. If the broker requires more time they can add another 7 days, by resetting the delete count down. This can be done at any time until the data is deleted, but not after. This can be reset continually until the broker allows the data to reach the ‘7 days old’ point and it is deleted.
As a new customer account is created, their information is added to a database. Only the broker that created the account, and XXXX staff can access that data. The broker adds all the customer information that he has, but can add more at a later date ( subject to the 7 day delete )
The broker can also go direct to an individual form generation page, populate the page and generate a pdf document, but this information won’t be saved into the database ( other than for pdf generation ). /or/ The broker can also go direct to an individual form generation page, populate the page and generate a pdf document, and this will also create a part populated client account.
The outputted pdfs only exist for the moment, and can be 1) saved to the brokers pc/tablet/phone or 2) printed on the brokers printer.
XXXX login as an administrator, and they have a control panel that lets them add a new broker account, letting them control the broker logins and letting them remove / edit both customer and broker accounts when needed.

There are 6 or 7 forms, that we will design, but you build. The example [login to view URL] is the most difficult, some are very simple. We will design and build the unlogged in website and some pages of the logged in website.
