Wordpress Activity booking website

We are looking to create a wordpress website with special booking system for kayak tours, the website will be [login to view URL] (subject to change).
The design must be exactly or better than this (This is our design from another old project):

We need:
-Elegant home page design (Sample attached)
-Single page To view activity (as sample attached when opening a location)
-About us sample page
-contact us sample page
-Special Booking system specific for activities and tours
The booking system should work like any appointment booking calendar, it can be side bar, or as a column plug in.
We need to manage 3 different sessions per day (weekdays) so the client can pick from a dropdown from three different available schedules (example: 7 am - 9am, 10 am - 12p, 1pm - 3pm) and each session will have a max of 15 bookings (or else we should be able to update this qty).
An intuitive UX is a must, we must receive email notifications of each booking, and stripe/PayPal integration for payments, and an optional cash option (no online payment required) would be nice too.
Add a special field for the "referral" option, so we can know if a sales agent booked that person. It would show on the email notification.
If you can not provide the booking part, we will use a paid plug-in instead. (But adjust your bill correctly)
The website must be elegant and reflect luxury, we will provide photos and material, but you can search "Clear Kayaks tours" for the placeholders.
We need to be able to edit the website as it's a brand in progress, so we will need to know the builder used for wordpress and full access to design modification afterward. We just need the base template.
