wordpress WC City Select integration

Job Description:
hi, i am using a plugin called 'WC City Select' to convert the city field to a dynamic state/city dropdown.

it is working fine in the woocommerce checkout page.
but it is not working in the shipping calculator page
or in the address for the registration, knowing that i am using wp user frontend pro for the customer registration.
also in the profile address edit page.
the task:
i need help to integrate it with all addresses in the website:
- shipping calculator city input
- customer registration city input with wp user frontend pro plugin
- profile edit page city input
