Woocommerce checkout page - Phone Number Mandatory

Hi ,
I need someone to provide me code by which phone number field on my woocommerce checkout page becomes compulsory.
I cannot provide access to cpanel or wordpress, if you need any particular file to check code and edit that i can provide.
All i want is that phone number field should be must in billing section while checking out.
My website does not ship any physical products , so shipping is disabled at checkout , so phone number should be made compulsory only in billing details at checkout.
