Need programmer to add backend programming to site already designed - need page editor manager, product adding and managment module - no shopping cart or check out needed and need a login and manager area to manage designers. Site will only offer visitors a quote of products and place to find them, no checkout.
Site owner will break site into 3 payments and will pay only when satisfied of results - he will not post escrow, he will only make payment when he is satisfied with work. His project budget is $500 maximum and no more.
He has another website that will duplicate this site, except the next site will have a shopping cart and checkout system added to it. The winner of this project will get the next site as well, which will have a larger budget.
