We are looking for a motivated and well-written Website Support Technician to help our growing team and client base. The Website Support Technician will be responsible for communicating with our customers, understanding their needs, and resolving their issues via our support ticketing system, Mission Control. Providing great customer service is at the heart of everything we do at AstroDigital and our ideal candidate is someone who aligns with this ideal and strives to achieve the same.
Listen to customers’ needs, concerns, requests, and issues and respond promptly and appropriately
Troubleshoot website issues and/or make changes to client’s website using best web design/development practices
Research answers and provide solutions through use of screenshots, written instruction, and/or video tutorials
Create and maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client
Refer customers to supervisor and/or other team members in case of escalation
