Somebody has been sending out spam e-mails from our account. The source is still unknown. We already checked our server and computers on our network.

Even though tests we ran on our websites returned clean and healthy, we assume that somehow our website still grants access for spammers.

We’ll need to have this investigated by someone who’s highly skilled in this type of work, particularly e-mail set-up (in combination with/forwarding to accounts on an MS Exchange server; we only use e-mails on our website to forward to our e-mail accounts).

Must have experience with:

- Restrict ability of anonymous user to send e-mails from our site

- Open relay

- MX

- SPF (v=spf1 a mx ptr include:[login to view URL] ~all), PTR

- cPanel

- SMTP / ESMTP mail

- Pop3, imap

- SSL Certificates

- MySQL

- MS Exchange Server

- Remove/take care of any vulnerabilities

- Blacklisting issues

- Take care of updates and plugins
