We need a logo and website designed and developed for our project. PLEASE READ THE DOCUMENT ATTACHED WHICH OUTLINES EVERYTHING AND REPLY WITH YOUR BID AS WELL AS THE ANSWER TO THE EQUATION PLACED SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE OUTLINE (THIS IS HOW WE KNOW YOU ACTUALLY READ THIS BEFORE POSTING).

This is a simple project overall that touches upon basic user data collection via questionnaires, the ability to compare and contract data and provides matches to user. BASIC Admin and content control. Some basic login information as well. Full details within the attached PDF. We also need logo design as part of this project; please ensure this is included in your bid. Bait and switch bids, or those individuals that clearly did not ready the PDF prior to bidding will be discarded.
