Website development

Hi, I am looking for a freelance web developper to work with me on the creation of a new website for a telecom company. Work can be done remotely but ideally that would be a mission of a few weeks in our office near Manchester. The design of the website has been done already and so I need someone to purely develop it. I would like a wordpress website with a bespoke theme. Here are the specs: - Header: o sticky left menu so always displayed even when we scroll. o Contact us button on the top right corner: sticky button as well. o One photo with page turning effect on the bottom right corner (like those [login to view URL] ), if we click on it that would display the search bar in the middle of the photo as seen in the corner - Rest of the page o Background-image o Top of sections: parallax - Footer o Nothing special, just social media links and legal pages - Shimmery css titles Homepage + 5 kind of other pages Catalogue of products with one page per product (not e-commerce though).
