To describe this in the best way possible and for you to understand this you will have to visit a few websites first before submitting your proposals.
I am looking at developing a job board, similar to the likes of '[url removed, login to view]' and '[url removed, login to view]', however this development will be very unique and I would definitely need your assistance and guidance to understand the best way to structure the site.
Ultimately the fundamental difference in what I need developing is that the site will incorporate 'video screening technology' and I will describe this is much more depth.
As a user on the website you will be able to log on as either a 'job seeker/candidate' or an 'employer'.
As an employer you will be able to post your jobs to the website where candidates can apply. Once candidates apply this is where the difference is to your normal job board; if 100-200 candidates apply, employers will be able to review the CVs and pick the best 10 candidates to submit to the next stage, the next stage would consist of 'one way video interviews' (please look at companies 'Sonru' and 'Hire Vue' - they use the same technology but are not advertised as job boards) from here the employer will pre record (either via webcam or text) a number of questions, lets say 10 questions in this example, candidates would then record themselves via their webcam or smart phone answering the 10 pre recorded questions, these 1 way interviews will be recorded in the candidates own time which will give them flexibility. Employers will then be able to log on in their own time and review the video recordings by the 10 selected candidates to each of the 10 questions. Employers would be able to play back the candidates video recordings multiple times as they wish.

Once successful candidates of the initial 10 are highlights, lets say 3 have been successful, employers would then be able to schedule a 2 way video call (similar to SKYPE) through the website, calendar schedules and confirmation etc included.
1) job board, candidates submit their CVs to advertised jobs
2) 1 way video screening - allows flexibility from candidate and employer
2) 2 way video conference

Included in all of this I would also like the opportunity for employers to be able to search for candidates who are registered on the system and looking for new jobs.

**** One last important question - what costs would I incur for storage of the videos. Lets say 10 videos per job, 100 jobs, so 1000 videos (3-5minutes each)
