Web GUI that triggers an existing script and displays it's progress

Develop a GUI that asks the user to choose a DateTime range, the type of files and a couple more parameters required to invoke a script that copies files to a shared directory.
The script should run on 3 different linux servers and show it's actual progress on each one.
The script returns it's copying progress if passed a verbosity parameter.

The parameters we need to pass to the script are:
- date
- end-date
- campaign *
- with-inbound *
- sale-statuses *
- ftp-norun (to stop the script before the files are transferred to FTP, because it's enough to copy them to the temporary directory created by the script passing temp-dir parameter)
- temp-dir (which should be a string concatenation of start_date+end_date+random_uniqueID
- debugX (which allows us to get the most verbosity to draw a progress bar with scrollable results of each server's running script)
* Those values should be populated from a MySQL database that contains current valid campaign, inbound groups and statuses.
