Create a web-based checklist tool for any user to visit the website, use the website as a step by step checklist literally checking off boxes of signs, symptoms and indicators of impairment, and inputting notes from their observation. The logic engine will cross reference the signs, symptoms and indicators of impairment identified with the possible drugs and non-drug conditions that could cause those signs, symptoms and indicators of impairment, and result in a matrix output of the score combined with some pre-scripted wording. For certified and paid members the tool will populate the template Word document and email it in PDF to their inbox. For users who are not certified and paid, the tool directs them to the signup page which allows them to pay $50 to sign up for training, still get the member documentation functionality and subsequently complete the training. The tool captures all the data and populates each record in a “flat” GoogleSheet. I have the reference databases built and curated and I have built the logic engine using Excel. This project is to take that same logic engine and rebuild or apply it to a web-based delivery and add some more features. The company is slated to go-live in January 2023 and there will certainly be follow-on work for the person who can assist with this project as the company grows.
