We will not award the project or create sny milestone without checking ur working on my project. We will release 25% of ur total budget after 50% completion of the work and remsining 75% will be released after clearing all bugs and doubts.
We need a Web Application which should be compatible to Microsoft Access, word, pdf and other formats also. Which will be multi user web application for Police Stations.
We will show you the realtime files and reports in Microsoft Access which is offline. You will have to make a Web version of this file. It should be Bug free web app and should work smoothly.
There will be One Admin (DCP)
Two Sub Admins (ADCP)
Users: ACPs and SHOs and IO's.
Reports will be submitted by Police Stations in word or excel or Access format and it will be checked by SHOs, ACPs and ADCPs and they will mark their comments on it.
Each and everytime when anybody will post any data or any reports in the web app, there should be a timestamp also. So that seniors should know that who submitted that data to create that report and what is the rank or post of that officer.
ACPs and ADCPs and DCP should have the option to edit the report posted by others. Who So ever edit the data or any report, then there should be Time Stamp on that. Whenever any officer submit any data or report, then one copy of that report in Pdf should be sent to DCP's mail i.d and one copy should go that officer's mail i.d who submitted that data.
There should be a signup page and signin page of all users with captcha. There should be password reset option too. When any officer will create his/her account then there should be any option of their profile in their dashboard. There should be Sign out option in their dashboard. All the pages should be connected to each other.
