Use Twitter API to get info and then use that info as an input to another API.

Hello. I want to be able to be the first one to get the information when someone I want post a tweet with the keyword I want and then use that information using another API. For example: Twitter user @HelloWorld will someday post a twitter with the keyword "My name is....". What I want is to when this users tweets with this keywords "my name is", it will get the keyword after that, like "My name is Robert", it will get "Robert". And then use that information as an input to another API call. Simple script. If you have read until the end, please start your proposal with "awesome" keyword.
