Students should be able to register online in less than one minute by scanning a QR code, selecting their school and class, entering their information, choosing a photo package, and paying immediately. On photo day, the registration team can instantly open any student's order by scanning the student's personal QR code or searching by name. The photographer provides the photo number, which is added to the student's order. Later, when the edited images are uploaded, the system automatically links the correct photo to the correct student and sends the digital images.
